I ordered an item from My Leathers Wear: ******************************, paying via PayPal, and though the money was transferred to the business (via an individual's account that they had listed as their PayPal account, the item never arrived. I contacted PayPal, and they were not able to get my money back, apparently. I never received the item and I never received a refund. And the item has since changed price on the web site, but I had grabbed a PDF of the original listing when I made the purchase, as well as screen grabs of the PayPal charge and the charge to my bank account. The item was a flute case, and it is still on their web "for sale" but now the price is lower. I paid $86.69 to a "***********************" (Email: ************************* on 8/17/2022. Order ID was ***************. ****** said that a refund was supposed to come in late August, and closed my case, but the refund never arrived, either. I have bank and PayPal statements to prove this.Customer response

July 27, 2022 I bought a Suncast Patio ************** Station for $89.40 I called paypal if this was a trusted site and they said yes. waited a month and found out they cancelled my order and I tried emailing and paypal tried to get in touch and was not successfulCustomer response

I purchased a product, LP LP1436 Laptop Conga, on the merchandise website ********************** using my PayPal account. PayPal verified the payment. I have received no communication from the product seller, ***************************, regarding the fulfillment date. The seller has not responded to emails. Neither the contact email address nor the phone number for the website is operating. The email response is "Delivery Failure" and the phone does not ring or pick up. The date of my transaction was 07-29-2022 I purchased a minibike on their website and paid $99 for it I paid through PayPal and thought I was paying a company turned out to be a person so I couldn't dispute through PayPal tried to dispute through my bank and got denied. They say give 14 days to ship still not shipped as of 08-18-2022. You can never get through on their phone number listed and no emails will go through to the email provided. This is obviously a scam. I ordered this for my special needs son and now I am out $99. This company needs to be ousted as a scam and people need to be warned they are not a legit business! If you get through to them I will be amazed I have been trying since the day I ordered my product.Initial Complaint

Ordered a bookshelf from this company using ******. I asked ****** to pay a "Fitch ******* ***** USD I received no confirmation email, I was shipped nothing. Also shipped nothing in the allotted time the website says it takes to ship and prepare the item. Filed a claim with ****** they refused me a refund although no item was given to me. Tried to contact them using email and phone and was denied access.
