This is about the deceptive practices I encountered during my visit to Luna Park, Coney Island. On 8/16/24, I purchased tickets worth $36 at the ticket booth, under the impression that they would grant me access to the attractions at the park. However, upon attempting to use these tickets, I discovered that they were completely useless at the neighboring parks, which are separate entities despite being marketed under the Luna Park brand. It is clear that Luna Park engages in intentionally misleading advertising, purposefully confusing customers about the scope and limitations of their tickets. The information provided by the park, is grossly misleading, and it is evident that your staff are trained to perpetuate these falsehoods. During my visit, I witnessed numerous other customers in line with the same issue, all equally upset by the realization that they had been deceived. This isn't just an isolated incidentit's a scam, plain and simple.

I went to Coney Island with my son on an hr visit. I asked the teller in detail what ride my son wanted to go on exactly and I was only in the park for an hr. I was charged $75 when I got to ride I was told that my wrist band did not cover any of those rides. So I went directly back to customer service. The refused to give me a refund or even go and get a manager. They called security and had me escorted out me and my son. I not once yell, curse or give and attitude. I was totally disrespected in front of my 11 yr old son

My little brother who is at or right above 54 wanted to ride the cyclone. The girl at the ticket window measured him and said he could ride. Once he got to the ride true scanned his ticket and then said he was too short. They took my money and wouldnt give it back over THEIR error and I want my money back. Its crazy to say I cant get a refund when they did this. Whats stopping them from scamming people. Then the guy at guest services took my receipt. Thats crazy!!!
