This is by far the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. My oven has been broken for over 4 months. I had a technician from Iskander in my house who had no idea what he was doing on September 19th. After that I had another technician in my house on October 21st who seemed to know what was going on. He said he had to order parts. Those parts took over 3 weeks to arrive - and without any contact from Iskander to keep me updated. I had to call to ask them what was going on. Iskander said someone would come to my house today - November 13th - to fix the oven, He offered this day. I did not ask for it. Shonn said he would call me in the morning with a 3 hour window. I just called at 12 pm and he told me no one was coming today because the technician was hung up with another customer. No phone call was ever placed to me. My husband waited home all morning because they said he had to be there to help remove the double wall oven from the wall. When I demanded that someone come tomorrow or Friday, he said he had no one. Funny how I can be inconvenienced but not anyone else. Now he said they are coming on Monday the 18th. He said he will call and give me a 3 hour window on Monday. I want them 1st thing in the morning, but he said even though I would be first, they still have to give me a window of time. If I am first, why can't I be given a definite appointment. There is no remorse from Iskander. My oven has not functioned in over 4 months. I've already had to cook at someone else's house for the holiday that we celebrate occurred and now Thanksgiving is coming and I fear that I will still not have an oven and I have a house full of people coming. To say I am angry is an understatement. Absolutely a zero star rating. There is one star marked because this site requires a rating.

It is 8:30pm and the tech has not arrived for a 2-6pm schedule window to replace a part that was ordered over a week ago. Tech was 1.5 hours late for first appointment, cancelled appointment scheduled for two days ago. Always an excuse. Cant reach the office by phone after 4pm. Terrible and unreliable. Not sure how they were chosen as a manufacturers warranty service. No refrigerator for 3 weeks. Totally unreliable.

Iskander provided me very professional services in repairing the ignitor on my ranges broiler. I was particularly impressed that the repair person brought the needed part for the first visit rather than coming for a diagnostic visit first and then scheduling a second visit to install the part, resulting in further delay and cost.
