I went to Alligator Lounge last week on Thursday with two girls. I ordered two $9 drinks, my friend had one $9 drink(has a disability so she cannot drink more than 1), and another friend had two drinks totaling $21. Total I should have paid about $55 dollars, but I was charged $77. The bartender/manager **** did not want to give me an itemized receipt. I assumed my other friends had more drinks, but they didnt. **** also claimed that she had shots with everyone in my group, but she had us mistook us for someone else. I called her the day after to make a dispute, and she first apologized and offered another drink. When I told her I didnt want a drink and that I wanted my money, she started yelling over the phone and told me to call the cops. I then accepted paying the $77 and $8 tipped only because I knew she was lying about the whole situation. Later today I checked my bank statement and it says that I was charged $95 when I clearly only signed for $85. I called again today and the assistant manager said that the only person who can change payments is the manager, ****. **** is stealing from customers and changing the tip amounts after customers sign.Customer response
