I have been trying to contact the company for months now . He first told me he was going to call me back and he told me to send an email after I called he dint answer and he finally blocked me after months of trying to get him to refund me my money or come fix the problem at this point I just want a refund . He came to reglaze the bath tub and within couple months it got ruined and never came to fix it he gave me a paper saying I have 5 year warranty and he dint get for it . He cursed me out he blocked me and his not refunding me so please help me . The instructions were followed of how to clean the bath tub but he still dint care . He has done this to multiple people so please take actionCustomer response

My bathtub was re-finished on March 5, 2024 by AZ Reglazing. I spoke with *****, the business owner on the following day upon inspecting the job after the fumes dissipated. I emailed documentation and followed up with a voice mail. He is not responding to my emails or calls. *****, the technician/painter worked very hard, but the job he did was far from the professional job that ***** promised and what is described on their website. He became aggressive and asked me what I expected for a few hundred dollars. The finish is full of sharp particles and divots that should have been filled prior to painting. There is roughness in large sections of the finish where a top coat seems missing. Additionally, I discovered that the worker failed to cover/protect nearby fixtures, and the mist from the spray painting permanently damaged my new medicine cabinet ($420). I ordered a new one. There is also paint on my wall sconces ($450 in new fixtures). They not only failed to do the job they promised, but damaged $870 worth of bathroom fixtures, not including the cost of labor to replace those items. I had asked ***** what I needed to do prepare my bathroom for the job. I would have been happy to cover things if his guy was not going to do it. I emptied my bathroom, but the website also claims that they will do the necessary covering. ***************************************************** The business owner is not acting in good faith. He gained my trust with a 5-year warranty, but his tone completely changed after the job. I paid him $350 in cash for the job and tipped $50 cash to *****.Customer response

At this time, I have not been contacted by AZ Reglazing regarding complaint ID ********.I wrote my first ever **** review and saw that other reviewers shared similar experiences with this company. This company was described as being "scammers" and "liars" among other things. Most of the reviews were essentially warnings not to hire their services.

I hired this company to reglaze by bathtub and all bathroom tiled walls. A contractor was sent to my home on May 13th, 2021 to complete the job. The paid $1100 plus a tip for the service which included a 5 year warranty. I followed the maintenance and care instructions very carefully, but within just a few months the reglazing job started peeling all over. I contacted the owner, *****, and he repeatedly strung me along saying he would send someone over to take a look at the issues and fix them, but always had an excuse for why this couldnt take place until a few weeks out. I finally gave up for a couple of months until January 5th of 2022 when I started trying again. ***** informed me it was ******* Christmas and that he would get back to me in a couple of days, and in the meantime to send him photos of the peeling glaze issues and a copy of my receipt/invoice (which I had already done via email previously). This back and forth continued into April of 2022 when he finally blocked my number which he clearly has a history of doing upon reading many other costumer complaints. The 5 year warranty is totally bogus. I tried calling him from a different number and when he answered and I asked why he blocked my number he started cursing at me and blocked that number too. I dont know how he can be licensed to work in *** with so many complaints against him that are exactly the same (blocking numbers and refusing to fulfill warranty promise).Initial Complaint

I contacted this company to redo a bathroom at the beginning of October 2022 on October 5th a gentleman arrived and did the work and was paid $1200 he left a receipt and care instructions with requirements which I followed in sending pics of my bathtub caulked they accepted the photos, mid November I discovered the tub was peeling I sent pics and didnt get a response on 11-25-22 I contacted them who said they were closed and someone would come to my home 11/28 no one called or showed when I reached out on 11/29 the man wanted someone to be available that day within two hours our couldnt guarantee when someone could come back, when I explained that, that was not possible or feasible with such short notice the man became abusive and hung up on me I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANYInitial Complaint

On March 17, 2022, I hired AZ Reglazing to reglaze a cast iron vintage bathtub from its existing tan/pink color to white. The business owner's name was ****** and he sent his worker, ******, to do the job. ****** completed the work and I paid him $350 in cash with a $30 tip. After he left, I was able to inspect the work more thoroughly and noticed there were a lot of problems with it. Clearly I regret not doing this before paying the company, but they had said the work had a 5-year warranty anyway so I wasn't worried. When I called them back to explain the situation, the owner, ****** was extremely rude and told me I had to wait three weeks for it to "settle." I told him that this wasn't the first tub I had had reglazed so I knew that wasn't true. He said he wanted me to send him some pictures on text message, and then he would get back to me. I did this, and he never got back. I called him a few times over the last two weeks and he said he would call ****** and send him to come look at the tub again. He never did. As of yesterday, he seems to have blocked my calls entirely and I cannot get through. I would like a refund for this work and/or for this company to be penalized. From reading other complaints here, it is clear they are running a scam and not a business. They are doing this exact same thing to several customers - charging for a job, guaranteeing a "warranty," and then blocking all calls when there is a problem with the service (which clearly, there often is). How can a business like this be allowed to have a license to operate at all?Customer response
