2/2/24. Chose this delivery company to deliver a package for the *** program here in **.*******************. Manager told me that the *** contacted him and told him I had to pay ******** to them.He refuses to show me the letter and will only tell me that I will pay ********.This doesn't make sense and is not right but he refuses to show the letterInitial Complaint

On Jan 11, 2022, a representative from this company named Herby, came to my residence and retrieved 4 plastic shipping drums that were completely filled with clothing for men, women, and children, shoes for men, women and children, cell phones, dolls, children's toys, food, dishware, and various other items to be used to support an orphanage in *****. I paid Herby $680 to ship these items to *****. I called Herby periodically to check on the status of the drums and he assured me that the drums are delayed but would be received no later than June 2022. It has now been 7 months and the drums have not been delivered and there is no evidence that the drums even arrived in *****. To date, the drums have not been received in ***** and Herby no longer returns my calls or texts.Customer response
