I had ordered a fuji gii from JJS Trading Supplies storefront on feb10th 2022. Money was withdrew from my bank account when order was submitted. The was a shipping label submitted from ****** ******* on the following day 02/11/2022. Then the delivery date for 02/15/22. Then when the date came the product was delayed for another 3 days. final delivery date of 02/18/22 shipped threw ***** Tracking code for reference **********************. after googling the phone number ************** the business came up with a total of 4 different company's all linking back to Kinjisan. Called several times and submitted help under different websites. Phone number is prerecorded to unknown date linking back to April 22nd- 26 they will be out of the offices. Business hours are different on multiple websites have called at 11am which all websites states will be open. No Response back. I just want my $90.00 dollars refunded back. You accepted a order, accepted my money and even printed a shipping label in *******. **** stated you would have to accept ordered for this to be completed. You should not be in business if you refuse to contact customer back when you didn't ship the order. I have tried to be understanding, but when you don't respond to email or calls. What am I suppose to do. I understand you have several companys under a DBA but if you list a number for direct contact and don't ever pick up and state in the voicemail you don't check the voicemail and there is not point in leaving one. Im not sure how you are still in business. This is going on for over a week now with no contact. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!Customer response
