In Feb of 2020 we book multiple vehicles for a wedding. A little over a month later we were in a pandemic and everything was closed. They acknowledge the new date however as we all know things did not change and we continued the lockdown. The wedding was postponed for 2021 . During the entire time we continued to update ***************************** via phone calls and email. They disconnected their phones and do not reply to emails. I have sent several emails and dozens of call. They go unanswered and unaddressed. I am entitled to me refund and this is unacceptable. booked a service with them and canceled far in advance of the date. The company has not responded to my emails for my refund.Customer response
