      I ordered 4 items from MobStub. 3-Salt and pepper shakers and 1 tunic. The advertisement showed the salt and pepper shaker as being rechargeable...a charging base as included. However, they are battery operated, each requiring 4 AA Batteries. Upon reviewing the advertisement, the battery operated is covered up misleading me. The tunic (a type of woman's sweater) also misadvrtised. It states it is a zippered garment. It is not. I've repeatedly attempted to contact them via email and text but no response to my actual complaint or attempted resolution. I received them on January 11th and contacted them immediately.

      I ordered a navy crossbody purse in XL from Mobstub. The Order number is *******. Transaction number is **********. The purse is $35. The piece for the handle broke and the handle will no longer stay on the purse. I have contacted the company 5 times and they will not respond. I have asked for a return label and they do not respond. I want a refund of $35.00.

       This purse is defective and fell apart.  I would think that someone cares when a merchant sells defective merchandise and the business does not stand behind their merchandise.

      The purse was $35.00 so I just throw it away then since this business will not do anything!!

       There is an exception to every rule and 15 days is actually funny.  Most merchandise tends to fall apart after you have worn the purse!  An exception needs to be made!!

      Mobstub persistently reached out to our business, urging us to register as a vendor. Succumbing to their requests, we officially became their vendor, contributing 2 or 3 items to their product list. Despite processing orders, there was a complete lack of communication post-registration. Consequently, we opted to terminate the agreement to safeguard our product reputation.One Mobstub representative via emailed our contract was terminated, with no further action required on our part. Despite this, Mobstub continued to showcase our products on their website, engaging in false advertising that could potentially mislead unsuspecting consumers. Moreover, Mobstub failed to remit payment for the products we had previously shipped.This dubious business behavior prompts us to seek intervention from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to address and prevent further fraudulent activities by Mobstub.

      I purchased a crossbody bag from Mob Stub. It was poor quality and I wanted to return it. I received a letter with a link to a Return Label which was supposed to allow me to click on it and access the Return Label. Nothing happened when I clicked on the link. I sent them numerous emails about this. Finally, Mob Stub sent me another letter with a different return date but with the same non-functioning link to the Return Label. Mob Stub advertises "Hassle Free Refunds" at no charge, but this is clearly not the case. My order # was *******.I want them to send me a complete, already printed, Return Label so I can send this bag back and get a refund.

      Aug 11 ****** I bought four sets of sheets to **********, king and two queen. I only opened one ********** king and it didnt fit the bed so I wanted to return the other three sets of sheets and I got a order form but it wouldnt let me print out the return label so I could send it back now. They are totally ignoring me, they told me I had till September 25, 2023 to return the sheets but I cant get the return label to print out. *** asked them for help. I think Ive emailed them ************************************************************************************* They will send me another email nothing so I want my money back and let me see the order number was ******** and the estimated refund is $83.61. I never opened the other three sheet sets and I have a picture of it and I sent it to them, I need help please I am not computer literate I am having a hard time sending a picture or anything else from this. I just really need help. This is not fair.

      I ordered a set of sheets in March. After several weeks I had heard nothing and reached out to the company. They reached out to the vendor and I received my package. Upon receiving it I diiscovered that it wasn't what I ordered. They asked me to send pictures which I did. Upon receiving them they told me that they had arranged with the vendor to send me what I paid for. That was April 3rd and I have heard nothing. They have a phone number that tells you to contact them online then hangs up. I paid this charge in March and still have this incorrect order they sent me which I cannot use. If they can't fullfill my order they should give me a refundent and tell me where to return what they sent me on their dime.

      I ordered a crossover purse and received the wrong size. They sent me another purse so I sent a text as they said I needed labels to send it Back. I am still waiting for the labels for months. I was in contact with Sahara. No labels. No nothing. I dont need 2 purses. I am 83, and live in a retirement home. I dont have car so I cant get get to the post office. They have been rude with not telling me what to do. I love the purse but I dont need 2. They are still in the package they came in. Please help. I am on a fixed income .       I have been trying for months to get mobstub vendors to stop sending me emails and/or text messages. It is very annoying and an interruption. I've sent emails several times to your company to no avail. Every time I get something from a vendor I send it to. spam, but that doesn't stop anything. Please completely remove my email, and texting information from your records. I haven't contacted the BBB yet but will if this isn't remedied on your end.

      Recently placed two orders with this company, order #*******, and order #*******, both have different tracking numbers, yet both had the same delivery date estimate. Order #******* showed up on November 07, 2022 and order #******* has never shown up even though the tracking stated that it did. Physically went and checked with my local *********** and checked with my one and only neighbor and no luck, then contacted **** with Mobstub who responded to my email telling me to do both of what I had already done as if I was attempting to pull something dishonest off. Sent **** a replay that I had contacted him as a last resort and had already checked with my *********** and my neighbor. If the company is unable to replace what I ordered then a refund is requested in the amount of $22.55.
