    Prior to my appointment i made sure they see pediatric patients, specifically a 6 year old they stated they did.On the day of the appointment my son caretaker called me to tell me that she arrived before me since i was coming from work.The receptionist spoke to me prior to my arrival on the phone to ask me some questions when she clearly could of just waited for me to get there to address all of her concerns. The moment I walked in the man at the optical counter did not greet me with a simple "hello, How are you today" he was asking me for a copay, and then continue to tell me to walk to the back of the office, where i was greeted by the same receptionist who i just spoke with on the phone. She asked me to sign some forms did not explain to me what i was signing just asked me to sign. When i did asked , and it was clearly a HCFA form. As i was filling out my form i was called into another room with a technician of some sort so my son could get his eyes dilated in some machine . My son was not cooperating, hes six and special needs, so the DR (i am assuming she was) had a very pessimistic attitude toward me and my son. Clearly, she did not want the visit or to take the time to be patient with him. Technician nor DR (they discriminated against me and son who carries a Hispanic last name)They were clearly talking about us while we were in the room and in their native tongue.The DR was being extremely annoying with her questions, did you bring this, did you bring that (no ma'am this was never discussed prior to the appointment) Clearly the this DR did not understand the **** when she vowed to take it.The Doctor did manage to call me a racist, so i called her an obscenity and she stated she was calling the police on me. Which never happened.After everything was said and done her incompetent staff member did tell me "look how your acting in front of your child, and maybe you should your child should go to a Spanish Doctor"
