Called AWR and Liberty Water and Sewer was sent to the property to unclog sewer line. They were unable to unclog the pipe due to improper equipment . The workers assured me that I was covered under the protection plan. Later I called AWR and the representative stated I was covered. The next morning I called AWR to get a status on the claim. The representative denied my claim. I asked to speak to supervisor requesting a second inspection he referred it to AWR back office. He said they would contact me. They havent. Very dissatisfied with AWR and the contractor.Review from Margaret L

It was a lot of work.The guys did a great job. Liberty Water and Sewer made the process simple. Thank you for that. I would have rated 5 stars if not for one issue. They dug three big holes outside. One in the street, one on the sidewalk and one in my front yard. After the water pipe was replaced, the hole in the street was filled with asphalt. The one on the sidewalk was filled with cement. However, the one on my front yard was filled with asphalt even though it was cement. Now the black patch makes the front yard really ugly.
