Date of Service - 08/17/2023 Dental Insurance reimbursement of claim I have attempted to resolve an issue with a dental claim for over 4 months. My dental provider is not a participating member of NOVA Healthcare. I have a primary insurance and NOVA is secondary. I have called and called. Most times sitting on the phone for hours with no one to answer the phone. On the occassion that someone answers the phone I am told that I will get a call back to resolve my issue but there is no call back, there is no response. The paperwork I've recieved is all incorrect and no one is contacting me or correcting the amounts in the paperwork. I would like a call back to explain in detail why they are not reimbursing me. My husband gets the same treatments I do and he is reimbursed fully without issue. Is a males reimbursement more important than a female? I would just like a call back to discuss this information that has been entered incorrectly on the EOB that I've received from them and to finalize a check to me in accordance with the plans response to this charge.Customer response

I have received a call from Nova Health Administrators today 3/8/2024. I spoke with Manny G***** ( *******@novahealthcare.com ) and he informed me that they have reviewed the concerns I have and will resolve this immediately. They are in the process of issuing me a check. He is also researching the problems with the phone system/answering system and will make every attempt to resolve the issues as soon as possible. He stated that he was not aware of the answering system issues.
