************ **** *** points 16 minutes ago Awful!! I will never take my car back there, First off I had my car towed to 311. I got a call from the owner Bobby and he asked me a few questions about my car did I have a box on my car I told him no it was removed because I had paid my car off, before my car was towed to the shop I knew my battery was good I had just purchased it , my radio the lights power on my windows ALL worked fine I never had had a problem with none of those since I had my car which is now almost 4 years. So instead of them calling me to let me know what all was wrong with my car, They just fixed it. A friend went up there to check up on the car since we never heard back only to tell me my car is ready. I get to the shop they THEN told me what they had done to my car, put a new starter in changed the spark plugs And done so re wiring. They charged me $450. 153.54 for a new starter; labor 110$ spark plugs $12.50 Labor $50 AND an Electrical Fee says they repaired wires 50$ labor fee so Parts were 203$ and labor $210. Well I get my car back the Radio is not working it keeps turning on and off when it wants I called to make an appointment to have them look at my car beca NOW my radio does not work it worked before I took it in, so a guy was talking to me couldn’t even give me eye contact be he knew and I knew he was feeding me a bunch of BS. I said y’all charged me $50 on repairing wires and now you gonna tell me that’s another issue they didn’t touch my radio! They were going to have to charge me to look at the radio beca that’s another issue . BS.. Someone touched something I recommend not taking your car there if your a woman and you have to do it on your own because for some apparent reason they must think women are dumb or just don’t have the slightest clue about cars, parts and labor.. NEVER AGAIN, better believe I am getting in touch with the Better Business. Also Discriminating a woman.

Our Business is woman (Veteran) owned and operated, and we take pride in that. It seems that your aftermarket radio was not installed properly, and you were expecting us to repair that for free. Unfortunately we do not install radios.Review from Angel S.

This place is very unprofessional and rude they do work you didn’t ask for then charge for the labor and don’t tell you anything until you call to get your vehicle the owner doesn’t care about people vehicle which he said directly to me I would never refer anyone to do business here
