  We hired Pegasus cleaning to provide nightly weeknight janitorial services for our medical office upon opening our new building in May of 2023. For the first few months of service their was a learning curve where Pegasus employees were learning our system. However, they had fairly frequent turnover beginning a few months after we hired them and staff were inconsistent, incomplete, and unreliable, to the point that main entry doors were left unlocked leaving our building unsecured for evenings and weekends. We have asked Pegasus to reduce our bill by 50% for one month's invoice to reach an agreement and they have refused to return my calls or emails. Service provided was incomplete and employees rarely showed up at the agreed upon start time for cleanings. When we asked the janitor to do so, he threatened to quit and relayed this to our employees and tenants. We have included images of failure to clean areas that were to be addressed nightly as well as text communications between the tenants and local managers of the janitors to document how long standing this issue has been. Please reach out to me if you need additional information or documentation. We are agreeable to paying 50% of the only removing outstanding invoice (March 2024) and putting this matter to rest. All prior invoices have been paid in full on line and should reach the vendor by 5/6/2024.

  We understand the concerns raised regarding the quality of service, and we assure you that we are taking appropriate steps to address any shortcomings internally. However, these issues do not negate the contractual obligation to compensate us for the services already provided.Therefore, we kindly request immediate action to settle the outstanding balance of $3442.00 for the cleaning services rendered from the date of this email will leave us with no choice but to pursue further action to recover the debt, which may include legal recourse.We value our business relationship and hope to resolve this matter amicably.  You owe for 3 monthsMonthly for (Jan $1200) (Feb $1200) (March $1200) We deducted $57.14 for 1 day of cleaning.We gave a credit of  $100.00 for your dissatisfaction.We still had to pay for the supplies and pay our employees for Jan, Feb & March.
