Horrible experience with this company! 3-4 hour estimate. Took them over 8 1/2 hours & they left a lot of furniture at my old house. Truck was only 1/2 full. I asked them if they assembled beds and put back together & owner said yes , but the two guys that came didn’t know what they were doing. They also broke my daughter’s brand new vanity, and the owner “Donnie C*****” promised to fix it, but he has stopped returning my calls. I don’t want anything from them, certainly not an apology because the owner said he can careless about any bad reviews. It’s time we show this company he should care about reviews! DO NOT USE THEM! Unprofessional handling of interstate move: The owner came for a walk through into our 4 bedroom house. He assured us he could move us to the west coast. We asked for paper work and a person who would professionally pack our valuable china (3 sets). He said he has people who can do this. He would drop us the paperwork into the mail box. After rescheduling the packing date he came with two young men and some packing materials to start packing the china. We asked him what size of truck he has : 26 foot! We questioned him that this might be too small and he made another walk through and admitted that he misjudged the first time. He assured us that he will look for a bigger truck or a second one to rent. Still he had no Contract or paperwork with him, promising it was in his car. Never the less he started to show the young men how to pack. None of the two had appeared to have any experience in packing breakables. At that point we wanted to talk to him, but he had disappeared supposedly to find a bigger truck and buy more packing materials. Some hours later he came back, still no paperwork or the required Information booklet. At that point we questioned him that this job was too big for him and we agreed that the deal was off. However he charged us for 6 hours of packing for two persons at 90,- $ per hour, and himself for 3 hours at 45,-$ (though he packed only 30 minutes) and one hour travel time, plus the material 119,50 $ which added up to 884.50 $ which we paid being glad to get rid of him. We think because of the circumstances we are entitled to get our money back.
