The date I first contacted **** ******* of Majestic Hardscapes was April 2023. He gave us an estimate on 5/8/2023 and asked for a deposit of $3,030 in order to get scheduled for our retaining wall rebuild in the summer of 2023. I mailed a check to him on 5/9/2023 to make sure we were one of his first projects for the summer. I emailed him a few times inquiring about a start date and then on 6/17/23 he responded, and he said he would definitely start in July 2023. My husband starts emailing **** *******, because his voice mailbox is always full. My husband emails him on July 10 and July 16 asking about a start date - we are planning vacations and wanted to make sure we would be present when Majestic Hardscapes shows. On July 18, **** ******* emails us that he will get back to us by the end of the week (July 22). We get no response so on July 29, 2023 my husband emails him and ask for a refund of our deposit. August 3rd **** ******* emails us says he will let us know a date on August 5 - and of course there is no email from him. We have all emails to back up our complaint that there is a lack of communication and when asked to have our deposit refunded, those emails go unanswered and finally on 8/19/23 he says he will refund us. We have not seen our refund yet. it is now 9/6/23. Please help us get our deposit back. Please contact me if you need to see the emails.
