I have been trying to contact the customer experience manager, Jena, and it has been reported she is difficult to get in touch with. A transaction went through on my account for a new month of unlimited washing. I put in a request on July 9th to request cancelation and stop the charge. On July 10th, the charge posted. I called Hoffmans in Clifton Park NY, where I received my first month initially. They could not locate the date my subscription started only customer service. Going online they say you have an account but you do not, it is strictly forms or phone calls. Been several days now and no one seems to be able to help me regarding this situation. I find it unfair I could not locate my date of when service started and employees had no access to the information. I did put in a request online and told to wait for Jenna to call. No matter if I call I can't reach her. Her voice mail box is also full and a representative 'sent a message' to help me. I'd just like a refund of my money and disconnect from this business. The experience so far with customer service is poor at best. I was looking for a better experience as I have been a customer over the years with different cars. May be time to go back to hand washing instead. Woman I talked to over the weekend, it says on the phone the calls are recorded. So I hope this is the case to show effort of me trying to get Hoffmana attention.Initial Complaint

Received a gift card from a previous error made by hoffman car wash in the amount of 77.74. Went to use giftcard towards the purchase of a 90 day unlimited wash pass for 109.00 and was told it could not be applied towards that. No where on giftcard does it have exclusions other than not being able to use for online purchases. It is my understanding a giftcard is as good as cash.. I had also at that time had pulled into the wash as directed by the attendant to see a manager who declined me using this giftcard. I then decided I was not going to make the purchase from them. I was told I needed to back out of the wash... a courtesy wash was not even given for the issue.
