WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! !! Drove 3 hours to get there because I liked the car. When trying to purchase th car they hit me with $7,000 worth of "hand written" fees including $2995 for a *************************** something. After an hour of negotiating that down I threw in the towel because I just need the car for my daughters birthday so paid way above market value. After starting the payment process they said I couldn't drive it home. After arguing about spending 6 more hours in the car they said they would deliver it the next day. I charged over 10K as a deposit to get that done. The following day I reached out several time to find out when it was being delivered. They said it was being detailed. Late in the day I called again and they said it had some lights out and they needed another day to replace. Another day later I called with no response or timing until I get a text from the salesperson saying when they put the car through the shop it didn't meet their standards, wasn't safe to drive, and was being arbitrated back to the auction lot. Who sells a car without even checking any of this??? Most of, they tried to charge me $3995 for the 120 point inspection they did which I guess didn't include the lights and most mechanical issues. LOL Just more slimy used car salesman leaving up to their stereotype. Mitsubishi should be embarrassed. Worst part was that I didn't get to surprise my daughter on her birthday because I wasted 3 days for that car. Of course I'm still waiting on a refundReview from Ram J

Do not go here! Bad service, horrible people, and worse vehicles. Not professional at all. I was looking for a truck and was promised good condition, the reality was that it was damaged from each angle. Very disappointing experience and wasted whole day of our working hours. Disappointing experience at Mitsubishi Motors dealership! My boss and I drove 4 hours to pick up our vehicle, only to be shocked by its condition. The car was severely damaged, with visible dents, scratches, and worn-out parts. It was clear that the vehicle had been poorly maintained or was involved in an accident.The long drive was exhausting, but the disappointment and frustration we felt when we saw the car made it even worse. We expected a certain level of quality and service from a reputable dealership like Mitsubishi, especially given the distance we traveled.Unfortunately, the dealership failed to meet our expectations in every way. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Unless they improve their quality control and customer service, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.Review from Raheel T

Extremely disappointing experience with Mitsubishi Motors! I drove 4 hours one way to pick up my van, only to be shocked by its condition. The vehicle was completely beaten up, with visible damage that made me question its safety and reliability. The long drive was exhausting, but the disappointment and frustration I felt when I saw the van made it even worse.I expect a certain level of quality and service from a dealership, especially when traveling such a long distance. Unfortunately, Mitsubishi Motors failed to meet my expectations in every way. False posting, false price, price hiked at the dealership, no customer service, rude guys, ***** and ****** are the biggest scammers, thugs of this dealership. Dont go there. Stay away folks from these people. I had to drive 7 hours from my home just because of thr false posting and price..hidden scratches and dents not shown on the pictures. ***** acts sweet on the phone and ****** later hides her and protects her under his table..donno whats going on here in this creepy shady dealership. Dont take kids..dont go there. Save your life!! Shame on this town that they let operate such businesses!!Review from Tia A

The day purchased the vehicle I was advised that a $1240 service fee would be charged. They stated that my car would be serviced. the day I picked up vehicle. The service required light was on and the tire pressure was low, also about six months after purchasing vehicle check engine light turned on warranty that was given to me that I paid for the contract for was never activated and dealership never called me back and refused to activate the Ameriplus warranty policyPristine Mitsubishi Response

This place sales sketchy cars Ive seen cars sold same day come back within in a day or three unreal they dont care once they sale u a car your on your own Ive seen ppl try to *** them multiple times they only care about the sales team they can care less about the other employees treat them unfairly over work them one of the service advisor is terrible acts like he 15 years of age but is an old man things dont go his way he will either quit like he always does or cry about and scream till it goes his way!! They dont have a solid team they go 1 month and replace half the sales team half the techs every month cause they are unfair or ******* up for the dumbest reason place is a joke spread the word !!!!!Review from Damiano B

I went in with an appointment to look at the used *** X5 that I was interested in purchasing. I really liked the car and offered cash deal on the spot. Very disappointed with your teams outright false advertising and lies as you sent me an email with an exact price offer and they tried to upcharge that written offer by $2,500. Your sales manager should be fired and ***** did not respond when I called it out. I will be leaving reviews of my experience all over your website and contacting the Better Business Bureau with complaints. Will become my personal mission to ensure everyone knows your dealership is unscrupulous and to purchase anywhere but your store. Really bad look.Review from Thomas C

Extremely dishonest.On their webpage, they list the price (at the top of the page) of a preowned car as $3,000 less than they are selling it for. Then they say down in the vehicle description the price "reflects a partial payment or trade equivalent of $2,995.96." On top of that they charge a $1,500 "dealer fee." Meanwhile, back at the top of the page, they compare the price that is $3,000 (or even $4,500 less than they are selling it for) to the market price to say its a good deal.It's gets worse. They have a nifty calculator on their page to tell you what the net price will be AFTER trade-in where you enter the value of your trade-in and it subtracts the value of your trade from the list price. But they are double counting. The price listed already reflects the net price AFTER a $3,000 trade in.This also causes the car to show up on third party websites at $3,000 (or $4,500) below what they are selling it for and to have those sites recommend it as a great deal.Before I drove 5 hours round-trip to look at the car, I read some of the other reviews of folks having the same experience I had. I called the dealership and was assured that the price listed was the price the vehicle was being sold for. They said the only things not in the price were tax, title and registration. They lied.After the 5 hour round-trip I called to speak with the general manager. I was told 1) the pricing scheme was more evident on the desktop webpage vs smartphone (it was not different - the $3,000 partial payment disclaimer still hidden down in the vehicle description) and 2) that this is how lots of ************** their cars. This is nonsense. All the other dealers I have experienced list the price as the price.After me pointing out to the the deceptive way the car I looked at is listed, its still listed that way. I drove 5 hours round-trip to look at the car. These people are extremely dishonest. Stay away from them.Pristine Mitsubishi Response
