We bought a camper from this business and they stated there is a 30-day warranty starting on June 1, 2023. They stated anything that is wrong with the camper, they will fix with no cost to us. I sent an e-mail on June 23, 2023 stating a few things wrong with the camper, including the back tire sticking out. Nick at Lime Lake stated they would not be able to look at the camper until after July 4, 2023 but that everything would still be covered under the warranty. We dropped the camper off and Nick called me stating the back axle is bent and has to be fixed but it will not be covered under the warranty. I told him on the phone that it should be covered because it was not stated to us that axles weren't covered under the warranty. Everything else that was wrong with the camper they fixed at no charge to us except the axle. We've tried talking with them a few times and the last call I made, I spoke with Brian there and he told me he would look into it and call me back. I waited a week and did not receive a call back from him so I proceeded to call him and he told me there was nothing he could do. We are disgusted with how unprofessional this business is and the way they treat their customers.

****** ******* purchased a 2012 ****** ***** from our dealership in 02/21/2023, being that it is very cold that time of year she was told that her warranty would start June 1st 2023 and would last for 30 days. Mrs. ******* called on June 23 2023 and stated that she had a few issues with the RV and at that time should was told to bring it in after the 4th of July holiday. We have in an email what the issues are from her and she stated that the big issue was that her axle had a problem. At that time she had asked if everything would be covered under warranty, and we wrote back in an email that everything would be covered but we would have to see what had happened to the axle to see if that would be covered. After inspecting the axle it was bent and when the camper left here it was not bent we covered the rest of the items on her list but the axle was not covered under warranty. We had called and spoke to her before we did any work on the camper and she was told that the axle was not covered under warranty and we were told to fix it. we do not know how the axle got bent but in our experience it can happen by jackknifing the RV or hitting something. we do not cover items that were self inflicted if it would have any other issue other than being bent it would have been covered.  I'm sorry she feels the way she does but her and her husband had a walk thru of the Rv before it was picked and the axle was not bent. Most dealers do not warranty anything over 10 years old but we do to make sure our customers receive a good product and good experience, but in return we expect our customer to be honest with us. Don L****

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The whole point of my complaint is when we bought this camper, Lime Lake offered us a 30-day warranty starting June 1, 2023. They told us anything that is wrong with the camper they will fix at their expense. They covered other issues that were brought up with this camper in that time frame but when this came to their attention, they said they would not cover it, which is not right.  Regards,  ****** *******

Camper was taken to them for flooring repair. I paid $3,645.48 for new carpeting and kitchen floor repair along with slide repair and seals. When we picked up the camper the floors had puddles of water and the carpeting was soaking wet. The owner, Don L****, stated they would make repairs and did not. The flooring the buckled/tented and they attempted to repair it by gluing it down. Then the flooring delaminated/peeled. The camper was taken back to the for further repair. They subcontracted the flooring and the subcontractor put glue ON TOP of the flooring along the seams of each plank. Very unsightly. They crashed the camper driving it to the subcontractor and expected me to pay the damages instead of their care, custody, and control garage keeper's coverage which they should be insured for. They have not made any attempt to repair any of the flooring thus far. I was told by Nick, the service technician, that Mr. L**** does not intend to make good on the flooring. I was given an estimate of $900.00 if I wanted the flooring repaired. I do not feel that I should be responsible for any of these damages ultimately caused by Lime Lake's service.

In response to your inquiry, we provide the following,,. Ms. ******'s camper was brought into Lime Lake Marine & RV for floor repair. We provided an estimate, and the customer indicated that we should proceed with the repair. The estimate clearly stated that linoleum may not be able to be laid back down and that the customer would Incur further cost in having the linoleum fully replaced if this was needed. Lime Lake Marine & .??V repaired the main floor of the camper, replaced the carpets and slide seals, and sublet the linoleum repair to a local flooring company who resealed the linoleum down. When Ms. ****** came to inspect the camper, there was water on the floor, and it was determined that a seal had not been properly attached. This was our error, and at this time?? Ms. ****** was told that we would fix the problem and deliver the camper to her (over an hour drive each way) so that she did not have to make the trip back to Delevan. Lime Lake Marine & RV fixed the seal problem, removed carpets, dried and reinstalled them. We took the camper back to the local flooring company to reseal the linoleum. Keeping with our promise to deliver the camper to Ms. ******, on our way to deliver the repaired camper one of the tires on the camper blew out damaging a metal piece on the camper, There was no negligence involved on the part of Lime lake Marine & RV {we did not crash the camper as Ms. ****** states), and the customer readily identified that the tires on the camper needed to be replaced. Ms. ******'s husband asked if we would deliver the camper to his local tire shop instead alto their home so that he could have all the tires replaced [we did this). The customer asked Lime Lake Marine & RV to fix the metal piece that was damaged by their deteriorated tire blowing off the camper in addition to a few other repairs. This was done, and the total was $809.94, and this bill remains unpaid. A check provided to Lime Lake Marine & RV for the initial repairs bounced. When she further complained, Ms, ****** was advised that she could ignore the bill and take the camper to a different repair facility, Ms. ******'s lack of general camper maintenance led to the need for the work she requested to be done - seals and sealant not properly maintained led to the need to replace flooring strong odor of pet urine saturating carpets led to the need to replace carpets, tires not replaced before becoming dangerous led to the additional repairs, She is unhappy with the appearance of the resealed linoleum. It is typical to see seam sealer on linoleum especially w1en old linoleum ls being repaired. Again, Ms. ****** was notified that the quote DID NOT COVER NEW LINOLEUM. All repairs stated an the estimate were completed and significant consideration was given to this customer with delivery. The delivery itself was problematic due to customer's lack of attention to deteriorated tires resulting in significant time wasted for our employee and significant additional labor cost to our good faith effort providing free delivery of Ms. ***** 's camper. We feel we have done what was promised and do not merit this criticism.
