I've placed several orders with Lilly Pulitzer online over the last couple of months and, sadly, made many returns, as well. The money they have refunded me for the merchandise returned does NOT add up to the amount paid. And due to their very delayed return process (even when dropped off in store), they may be alleging the need to charge a $7 return fee simply because they are failing to process returns in real time. I have been trying to get these issues resolved through online/website message, phone, and email channels with the Lilly Pulitzer company, but it has yet to be directly tended to.Attached is the information I have regarding the matter.Customer response

Placed several APS ORDERS, which takes time to ship and comes in multiple orders.Received shipping update the package is delayed 9/28.October 5th, received notice it was delivered. October 8ths, notified them I still haven't been able to find it in our package room. October 12, incredibly rude "customer service" agent told me too bad, to dispute with the bank. I ordered shorts from this company Lilly Pulitzer. I returned the item promptly and then received an email stating I had a gift card amount to spend. I requested credit to my credit card which was my original form of payment. I have called them several times and it hangs up on you. I have emailed them on April 26 with no response. I sent a chat to customer care and it says no one is available. This company is doing the same to other customers as well, you cannot reach anyone. If they dont have the manpower to take care of customer service then they should be out of business. Theyre ripping people off.Customer response
