It has now been over a year (see dates on attached emails) since I have started the process of trying to get reimbursed for a package lost by *** overseas. I believe the shipping cost was around $80. The *** store does not seem to be willing to make this happen or (to give them the benefit of the doubt) is struggling to make this happen for some odd reason. Corporate *** says theres nothing they can do.Customer response
