The vendor went to the wrong home to complete work after I made repeated attempts at detailing where my home actually is. There was an initial mistake about my address, but in several follow up emails and phone calls my correct address was accepted. The vendor still chose not to go to the correct address claimed they completed work at someone elses home and then charged my card without any notification and services were never rendered.Business response

************* contacted us via an online form which included the customer typing in the address to be serviced. He was requesting a mowing service. He then realized he had given the wrong address which very different than his own; not a typo. The mowing bid had been sent for the first address. It was accepted, scheduled and the service completed. The client's card was charged as per normal to the card on file after the service was performed. We paid an online fee to find the owner of the other property. We told them what happened and asked if they would be so kind as to pay some to the family who had paid for their property to be serviced. We do not know if this happened or not. We still obviously covered our employee's labor cost and all other expenses to service the client. ************* was also refunded in full, $293.29, the amount of the service we provided.Customer response
