      WARNING: Don't ever go to this place. Terrible place to buy the car. Held my car registration for two months and blackmailed me for more money to give me the registration. Terrible customer service. The moment you give the money, the attitude changes completely and goal the becomes to kick you out of the show room as soon as possible. If any issue happens, you call them, they don't even entertain your call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I wish I would have known that before even entering this place.

      ********, my apologies you feel this way. You were notified by mail your registration was in for you to pick up two weeks after you picked up your new vehicle. You were well aware that there was balance due when you picked it up. Please do not write negative reviews when you could have picked your registration up much sooner than you did.       I would not give this business any stars but they make you select one which should be my choice to select weather I give any stars to a business I had an appointment with this business they completely ignored me at the window where they sat having a conversation another man walked in and saw me and completely ignored me this is unacceptable and unprofessional I would not recommend this business to anyone they also allowed someone to try to put a vehicle in my name years prior

      Horrendous customer service. Vehicles are continuously vandalized and stolen from this dealership and they act as if they are at no-fault whatsoever. The assistant manager, Dan, is extremely rude and condescending. There is no accountability at this dealership and should be closed down.

We appreciate all those customers that have positive experiences and we also like to hear about those whose experiences were not so good. It is important for our business to continually strive to make our customer experiences better. I normally would not stoop to this level and respond to your review, but it clearly shows how immature and unprofessional you are. The unfortunate thing with reviews is that anyone can post one. Whether reviews are true or not, a consumer should use a review to post about their personal experience first hand with that business. People should post things that are actual and not false. You did not have a personal experience with our business. Please don't jump on the band wagon of a news segment that was not clearly accurate and had nothing to do with you. Clearly when someone vandalizes or steals something that is not theirs, they are the ones that are in the wrong and should be held accountable. Your complaint is with the people who stole a vehicle not owned by us. Respectfully, Dan.

      I brought my 2014 *** ****** to Kia of East Syracuse for service on 6.19.2023 for an oil change. The oil change was performed at my request, my car also received a recall software upgrade that same day without my knowledge the Tech Thomas A***** who performed this service didn’t get educated from his employer that the installation of the software upgrade would be delayed until Kia can investigate and address this compatibility issue. I just quoted words from the recall letter Kia Headquarters mailed out to consumers, the tech install the upgrade anyway again without my permission. Due to this issue problems have accrued with my vehicle. First my remote starter default and they didn’t know how to reset it, they did replace the remote starter but when other things started happening they refused to fix or take the responsibility. My car was being drained that caused me to get a jump start it’s not the battery, etc This installation triggered something and Kia of East Syracuse is not taking responsibility. I took my car back there with complaints and concerns and asked them to reverse the software upgrade and the manager Mike stated I hope your Kia don’t get stolen that’s very unprofessional coming from a manager I didn’t get a receipt or any indication they reversed this service Mike did give me another appointment to look at my vehicle but at my own expense. I plan on taking further actions with Kia of East Syracuse. Poor Customer Service

      ******, my apologies if there was not better communication. When *** issues a safety recall we are required to make sure it gets completed. Your car was not being drained due to the recall. Please come in and see Mike and he will go into complete detail so that your vehicle is not at risk of being stolen. Vandalism happens everyday and Kia Motors is taking the necessary precautions to make sure those consumers are protected as best as possible. Thank you!

      Do not buy a car here! I called, with loan, excellent credit, significant down payment and put $500 down to hold the car. They sold the car and lied about it (three times), so I walked. They still owe me $500 from 5/25/23. This is against the law! I have contacted the saleman David P. multiple times for the money as well as the GM Matt M. who told me he will "look into" why I didn't get my money back. I DOES NOT MATTER WHY, I didn't buy a car, you give the money back. Please read bait and switch comments too, this is why I walked but ultimately want my $500 back.

      I love KIA of East Syracuse I have had a 14 + relationship with them Repairs and Sales Dave P******* has always been able to find the exact Kia Soul including the one I picked up last Wednesday 5/31/2023. Their service department is fantastic and they allow me to bring my dog ***** to keep me company !!
