I ordered a sink, vanity, tub, and medicine cabinet from McKenna's Kitchen and Bath on Saturday, April 3, 2021. The products were promised to arrive in 8 - 12 weeks, but ultimately did not due to Covid reasons. The products eventually arrived in the beginning of August. My contractor began work a week later. The sink and vanity were sold by a knowledgeable salesperson at McKenna's, so we thought both products would work together. Once I realized they did not fit together, I immediately called McKenna's and spoke to the manager. The manager told me I was wrong, my contractors were not capable of doing the job, and adjustments needed to be made. Once I told my contractor, he immediately called the manager and the manager realized that the sink would not work with the vanity as he had ordered. They then ordered a new sink, and told me it would be another 10-12 weeks. They provided me with a loaner sink and faucet to use while I awaited the second sink. At the end of October, I received a call from McKenna's telling me the sink was in. I went to McKenna's and noticed the sink was lacking the backsplash we ordered. The manager apologized and told me that this just happened with the same sink manufacturer, on a previous job and that they were going to have to decide whether or not they would continue business with that sink manufacturer. He ordered a new sink and said it should be in mid-January. On February 14, 2022, I received a phone call (voicemail) letting me know the sink was in. I was out of town and called back on February 24, 2022, asking them to install the sink at no cost to me. The manager said he would have to see if that could be done. I also told him that the cabinet has chipped and a possible crack in the wood. He told me it was normal and I could call the manufacturer. I asked him to stand by his products, install the sink and check out the cabinet. Based on my interactions with the manager, I don't see this getting resolved.
