Heard a tow truck pull up outside of my house. I just happened to be sitting next to the window. The truck then proceeds to back up to my vehicle and drops the lift all within 30 seconds. I immediately went outside and approached the driver. He explained that James Grumme sent him over to tow my vehicle. When I asked him what was the reason, he started fumbling his words and had no real answer. My vehicle has been paid off for over a decade. No liens of any sort. The driver proceeded to call James but James did not answer so I got James’s number from the driver and called James myself after contacting the police department first. James claims the owner of the vehicle (which is me so this is impossible) told him to pick up the vehicle because he needs a new key made ?? ??????. This is the sketchiest thing I have ever heard of. When the police arrived they explained that this exact stunt was attempted a month prior but the drivers took off before getting the car. You attempted to steal my vehicle!!!! Wtf is wrong with you? I called and spoke to you on speakerphone while the police were right next to me. They are not buying your story either and then you proceeded to hang up on me. You are a joke and I hope you go to jail. I drive a red sports car btw that has 20” wheels and body kit enhancements. You didn’t simply mistake this for a silver ***** *****. I have all of this on camera as well. I am also following up with the Attorney General and BBB.
