Apparently he has a new scam which I hate to say I fell for. No real information provided on length of care, but could help my arthritic knees. First treatment was with soft wave therapy and some kind of magnetic pulsed therapy and infrared light therapy. I actually felt better (knees) the first week. Less pain. The second treatment not so much. Paid 4800.00 on credit card with 5 additional payments of 960.00 for th next 5 months for around 9600.00 total. I believe I will have to cancel my credit card to get out of this. I should have trusted my gut. I had to watch this video first. I got x-rays of my knees and then the pitch. When you are in pain you will do almost anything to have it resolved. I believe I made a HUGH mistake and now I have to get out of it. My mistake. When you don't get any information likes paper work to really explain the process, length of treatment or any guarantee I should have been ON GUARD, but I screwed up royally. The pitch is about alternative treatments and avoiding surgery. I wanted this very badly, but now paying $$$ for this scam.

I was able to attend a webinar meeting Dr. Augustine and have a 15 minute question and answer session. I found out things I didn't know about the thyroid, I was quite impressed with his experience and answers

After reading the other complaints against Dr kevin Augustine-I want to report the same problem I had with them. I feel like this is false advertising and very costly for the common person trying to seek out some solutions to our thyroid disease. I spoke to him only 2 times on the phone and was set up with Care credit for $5000. This was not explained thoroughly per our phone conversations. After going thru his serums and recommendations I had some GI problems snd had to seek out GI specialist which advised not to continue with their weight loss program. Which I returned in august of 2021 the box was unopened and still have not received my refund of $ 400. The office staff is very nice but never can reach a live person when u call . After numerous calls, messages and texting I still have not received my refund. They have their unopened products but I did not get a refund. I also filed a dispute with care credit about the Cost and payments of $5000 since now I have additional medical bills since having to see GI snd immunology specialist. My hopes is that the BBB can look into these complaints to check out this company snd if they are Freud then myself along with these other customers be compensated for our financial losses. Also now I am dealing with more health problems.

Went into this as Dr Augustine told me he could and $ 10,000 later i feel he was just a scam and should not be able to tell people he would be involved in all issues. The truth i may have talked to him 2 times counting the call that he could help me. ***** ******
