All my paperwork and pictures are in *******. I can get that to you in September.All information was sent to ************************ in ****** , ************* N. Courage Trail. They want some pictures that the mover took and wouldnt send to me despite many texts and phone calls.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauser Answer Here]There were two groups of movers. The first group packed all the items and the second group delivered the packages. One of the men from the second group said that the lamps were not packed correctly as they were put in the bottom of the boxes without padding. Why did ZippBoxx not send the photos? After repeated calls and texts -nothing. Why refuse to send the photos? Also, I only packed some personal items. Everything else was packed by ZippBoxx. What is the purpose of having insurance if the consumer cannot be compensated. I am not asking for a lot. I just want to be compensated for the lamps and broken glassware.
