      The absolute worst company you can sign a contract with. Just stay away from these people. Don't trust people coming to your door to make a sale because that does not allow you to check their reviews.

      STAY AWAY!! I was approached by a salesman trying to talk me into signing a full contract with them. It was way too costly for me. I explained I was only interested in a one-time application. He stated that since he was able to sign up other neighbors on the block that day that he could work with me. He stated that he could have someone spray in and out of the house that day and would return in approximately 30 days to do a final application. He would charge me $237 which included both applications. He stated that it also included other applications if necessary in between the first and 30-day application if need be for free. I confirmed with him, prior to signing on his device that I had a one-time charge of $237 for all that we spoke about. He assured me that the $237 would include the first application, the 30-day follow up application as well as return visits in between if necessary. He was fully aware that I was unable to financially afford the original contract that he was trying to sell. Well, they applied the first application. I called them back after 10 days because the clover mites were still abundant. This application was finally successful. They came back around 30 days later which is what I thought was the final application as discussed with the salesperson. I then received yet another invoice for $237. Upon further investigation, it looks like the salesman signed me up for a 24-month quarterly application plan - that was what you had me sign on his device. BIG mistake on my part for taking the salesman at his word and for not opening the portal to see my agreement. He was extremely dishonest and totally misrepresented the information. Now I want nothing to do with this dishonest company so I called to cancel the contract that I never wanted in the first place. Their options - reduce the 24-month contract's quarterly fees by $15 or paying almost $200 to cancel the contract all together. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

      The best way to control this PEST is to stay away.......HORRIBLE service....NO WAY TO GIVE ZERO STARS, so had to give them one! ??. I had to fight for almost an hour to cancel my account. My initial service was "completed" in less than ********************************************************************** 20 minutes....so what did he do...I saw a spray bottle in his hands...suppose I should have watched him spray the entire perimeter.... spider webs remained all over the eves of the house.... I called to cancel and had to repeat many times my dissatisfaction and the customer service person agreed with me that the initial service on a 1980 sq ft house should take more than 20 minutes! YET, he bartered with me on price and would not agree to refund me for the service or waive the cancelation fee. I did call beyond the 3 day cancel time frame but my first service wasn't even within that window and then I was sick.....They kept saying the wanted to make it right and they care about making the customers life better and "pest" free but the arguing and trying to convince me to stay and then still charging me for the service only demonstrates a company desperate to keep business with very little care and concern about their clients satisfaction!

      Extortion, impossible to cancel contract, claiming we have to pay to cancel, and threatening to send us to collections for a cancellation fee. Not at all as advertised- stay far far away.. these guys are crooks

      Signed up hoping to control the influx of spiders and ********* ants that I had noticed in the 1st spring of my new home. Salesperson asked me to leave a positive review immediately which I always find a little suspect.After 2 treatments and a touch-up (because I was still having an issue with the spiders and ants); I asked to cancel the service. I felt I was wasting $200 every time they came.After many text, emails, phone calls and voicemails from the company to try and discuss my reason for cancelling they finally sent me a final bill of $188.34 as a cancellation fee. I have emailed them back to explain the fee to me and how they came up with that figure. Still waiting to hear from them.It seems that there are a few unhappy customers of theirs with negative reviews. Buy beware.

      As per the other complaints, these people use high pressure tactics and then continue to send you emails and texts to ******* you even when you have cancelled within the 3 day cooling off period. Do NOT sign up for their service. I only signed in the first place as they said they could provide a service immediately. The main service i needed was a tick spray and to get that i have to do another service. The other service took 10 minutes and i question if they even did anything. They then called 2 days later to say the person was sick and could not do the service. I cancelled immediately and told them they had not lived up to their promise and cancelled the whole service. They keep sending me emails and texts. I normally do not write complaints but feel like i have no choice. I need the harassment to stop!!!

      A hoax!! I was sold pest services by a door to door salesman. An signed a 2-year contract without properly being informed. This is NOT a real pest control service that uses chemicals that kill mosquitoes, wasps. The Company is using essential oils that the technichian admitted do not kill pests and are eliminated if it RAINS! I am now forced to pay for a second company as this HOAX of a company will not let me out of the contract. DO NOT EVER engage with them for ANY services. I have called complaining many, many times and it is a complete waste of time as they actually do not have proper chemicals to kill bugs!!

      On June 3rd, 2023 at 8:03 pm, someone knocked on my door with force 4 times in succession, and then rang my ring doorbell. It was a Saturday night. I assumed it was a neighbor in trouble or someone who needed help so instinctively ran and opened the front door only to see a stranger there. I closed the door behind me to protect my family. It turns out the person at my door was a solicitor for Pest Control from EcoShield( 1 ************* # E, Hicksville, ** ***** ) .Right away he told me he was just finishing up servicing 20 of my Neighbors and pointed his finger in random directions saying names, '*************, *******' - these neighbors do not exist nor has anyone in my area been treated by EcoShield... complete lies.Then he told me because they were treating my neighbors, rats would be leaving their property and entering mine so I should get their service and he would give me a discount because they are in the area ... again, complete lies. I said no thank you about 7 times, respectfully, then said have a nice day and closed the door behind **** came back into a house with a visibly shaken wife who thought maybe this person was casing our house for a robbery or worse - it was that horrible of an interaction. A day later someone from our neighborhood posted about the same thing on a ******** post and it blew-up, with folks all over our neighborhood writing how they had been harassed, pressured, and told lies in order for a sales person to get them to sign up for pest control. I then look at YELP and see this company employs the same practice everywhere, spewing lies about false infestations and rats along with false claims of neighbors using their service to get you to sign a contract... a scam.They also give cash bonuses for ****** reviews so that all the actual/bad reviews are hidden on ******... more deceptive business practices(check YELP and you will see)If you want business, do it the right way - Lying to customers for it is not right

      This company sends out employees randomly door to door with no car no business card and aggressively trys to sell there product whether its on a Sunday night at 7pm or Like today a Friday close to 7:30 pm. My husband gets out of his car and this guy is standing next To it, quite scary and talks about the bugs on our property. I told him to Leave and that we were not interested as he was talking over me and yelling at him. I got scared. I shut my garage door and was ready to call the Police. Theyve done this 5 times past 3 years and I Would never use their service especially the way they market their product. Its scary, its unprofessional, its late at nite on sundays. Pls get Out Of our neighborhood. Do NOT recommend this Company.**********, ********

      I was approach on July 5, 2022 on my property by ****** a sales rep who told me many of my neighbors were using Ecoshield. I was told there was an available slot. I was informed there were many services covered under thier eco shield package which would cost 179 after taxes QUARTERLY. They performed an exterior and interior spay and stated this was the "egg cycle" treatment. I CONTINUED to see centipedes, spiders, pill bugs, and roaches. I contacted ecoshield. They said I was scheduled for a visit August 5. On August 5 they came out. The technician did not inform me I WOULD BE CHARGED AGAIN. I noticed the charge on my statement. I called ecoshield they said the service was not included in my package. I was charge another 179. I never recieved contract until I requested it from ****** on August 5, 2022. I was still seeing all types of insects. I contacted then again. I was setup for another visit today September 19 an inspector came and I was told "German cockroaches" are not included and I will be a 300 charge EVERYTIME THEY DO A TREATMENT for German cockroaches. He never performed the inspection to know which cockroach was present in my home because he stated I needed to move everything from cupboards and drawers and I was not informed. I tried to cancel they stated I was locked In for 12 months and canceling early would incur $221 dollar fee. I was not informed of this when I signed on July 5, 2022. Fraud and predatory sale tactics, mis information or failure to provide information. Poor results and garbage service.
