We moved into the house in July and started service with this trash company. I’m Aug we got a huge bill with my name and the people who use to live here. I called and explained I just moved here and that was old owner and they apologized and said they didn’t know why it came in my name. Then about a month later they never came and when I called they said it was the bill I owed. I explained again we payed for the month and that bill was before we lived here and I wasn’t sure how they merged the accounts but it wasn’t me. I was told they would look into it and call back and never called. I called again and they said they would be out the next week. Come the next week they didn’t stop again and when we called we are told they would call the driver and call us and never call. We have paid for the month and they have missed 2 weeks and they just keep saying they will call and never do.Business response

Business relayed to BBB:
We sent a driver to their location. It is the same two people at that location but they just changed names/accounts. The bill is from 2021 and it is in ***** *******'s name. He owes $129.96. The new account was open on 07/26/2022 and is in ****** *****'s name.
