      I would not come to this dealership, and I would advise others not to. The certified pre-owned department is not professional at all.I made an appointment calling the customer service line and was told that three cars would be available, an X3 M40i, X5 M50i, and M550i. I went to the dealership only to find out that none of the cars were available and one was in fact sold "today". I called back later in the day and got another story from another person on the customer service the line that the car was sold a few days ago. I also test drove a car a few months ago and they had to run my credit to test drive an M550i.Unless you want to be told different stories and be asked to "qualify" the person to do a simple test drive, do not come here. Honestly I had better experiences at ******* and ********. *** quality has went down in customer service.I dealt with *****, and *****. Lot of attitude and just kept eating their lunch while talking to me. Very unhelpful, no hospitality, and no respect for other peoples time. Most of the sales department here does not even know the details about the cars they are selling. STAY AWAY!

      I have been a loyal customer for a little over a year, as you may know the service here is quite expensive and I think people should at least get way they pay for. I am on my second service advisor having had problems with **** and now ****. I take my car there to get my coolant flushed. **** told me it was regular maintenance. Then he advises me to get a pressure test. He tells me that the coolant system is holding pressure but it seems to be leaking and he cant confirm where its coming from. He advises me to buy coolant and keep filling it. I have a 2020 **** these people are suppose to be professionals my car could be ruined by the time I figure out whats going on with my coolant system. I paid my money and I smell like a burning coolant smell when I drive the car.. Ive been trying to get in touch with a manger for weeks and no one will call me back. I really feel like they could care less. I feel like their only goal is to write up big bills to get that monthly commission check. They overcharge for a lot of the parts and service and **** even misdiagnosed my car once to try to write me up a 2000 dollar bill. Once I told him that that part was just replaced by them it should be under their warranty then he apologized and wants to take 50 dollars off my bill. These people are full of it !

      I brought my car in for a vibration when I was driving around 50mph. The shop obviously had no Idea what they were doing. They originally told me that it is possible I might need a new engine they said they are going to try a few things to see if they can fix the vibration. They replaced a Harmonic balancer, fixed the rims and a few other things all costing several thousand dollars. Then after taking a few months to figure out why the car had a vibration; they finally said the car needs a new transmission and that the car has gotten in worse shape from when i initially brought it in. They sent a video showing that the axle going to the transmission was shot and had a lot of play in it. They, however, insisted that the transmission had to be replaced. I saw a ******* video and found someone in a similar situation so i ordered a new axel on Amazon and had it installed from another mechanic. The **** fixed the entire problem the car runs like new not sure why they didn't fix the axel seems like they were going after a big fix that didn't need to be done over 20k. While in the shop they damaged my vehicle by dropping tools of some sort on my car. When I got the car back, I noticed there was additional damage on the car. The Wing was chipped, and a part was broken off. I went and bought a replacement Wing and requested that *** just have it painted and installed. I have sent numerous emails to **** ( ************ Manager) with read receipts, so I know my emails haven't gone to spam and I have received no response, so I don't see how this place cares about their customers. Also its kind of sketchy that myself with no mechanical experience was able to fix my car for a fraction of what they were going to charge for an unnecessary repair. I have been a customer for years and Im appalled that I have just been completely ignored by a company that I was not only understanding but tried to meet way.

      Was contacted by the dealership multiple times in response to a ***** Blue Book Instant Cash offer to purchase my 2018 low mileage pickup truck. I followed all of the online instructions. Following my online submission outlining the vehicle condition and photos, I was told the last step was to go to the dealership for a final inspection. The intent of the inspection is to confirm the mileage and vehicle condition. No defects were found with my vehicle. The information submitted was completely accurate. *********** *** refused to honor the instant cash offer. This is nothing more then false advertising and bait and switch practice to lure customers into their dealership under false pretenses.

      Horrible business ethics. They tried to help me out by putting a spare on my car but had no loaners. They took my flat tire and wheel without my permission. When I didn't purchase tires from them because they originally said they would have it the same day and then it became 2 days, I purchased from someone else. When i was at the other place, I realized my tire was not there. I called them and they said I cannot have my wheel without them putting the flat tire back on my car. They wanted me to be stranded and get towed because I didn't; purchase the tires from them.
