I hired mosquito ***** To remove the mosquitoes from my Property And none of the treatments they provided worked. I was skeptical at first, but on their website, they have the neighborly guarantee, which states they will do everything they can to make it right and if not, they will give you a refund. When I requested my refund after a number of times I was told a supervisor would have to approve it and they would get back to me. *** I never received a phone call back after numerous attempts of calling them. They are not honoring what is on their website as far as the guarantee is concerned. I feel it's false advertising and all I'm asking for is a full refund of what I paid because I did not get what I was promised. IlInitial Complaint

We have previously used this company for a few years and have paid using credit card. This year because we were planning to move, we only ordered 4 sprays and prepaid in cash. We explained this to the person we purchased 4 sprays from and also the person who picked up the cash from our place. We told them not to charge our credit card as I will be prepaying this in cash since I will be moving out of town. After they came to spray 4 times, they continued to spray after without my authorization. On top of that, they decided to charge the credit card they had on file from the previous years. I got in contact with my credit card company and they stated that the card they had on file wasn't even a current one so they were glad to reverse the charge and confirmed that it was unauthorized. I called them to explain that I only ordered 4 sprays, had already prepaid in cash, didn't have my authority to continue spraying or charge any credit card as I did not provide one. I also explained we were no longer on the property and the spray benefited no one. The representative stated that she understood, will not continue spraying, and will also reverse the charge. They continue to harass me to pay even after a lengthy email and after another conversation. They claim that there were no notes stating that I only wanted four sprays. I explained I don't work for them and cannot control what notes are taken by their representative. Also explained it was prepaid in cash for only 4 because that's only how much we wanted this season. She kept saying because there are no notes, they continued to spray. Again I explained that's their problem as I did not order any additional sprays or for any way to pay for them.
