Went for perm 12/28 The outcome was fried damaged hair Reported to owner who promised conditioning treatments free services for six months with half money back I went for three conditioning treatments and made an adorable color in which I spoke to owner and she was less than happy but said yes to color. After appointment the manager said it will be $40 once I told her it was a no charge she screamed in front of all the customers that this us ridiculous and she has to call owner and will be in touch. I left and received emails from owner denying our arrangement. I contacted Corporate with no satisfaction. I could not walk around like a freak so made an appointment with another salon who salvaged this mess to the tune of $165Customer response
