I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.My apologies- upon further review, the company was Publisher Clearing Services LLC/ **************** billing. i will be filing a complaint with the corrected information. Again, I am sorry for the confusion.

I ordered a watch from them. I paid by check and have the copy of that check from my bank. They continue to bill me for this. It is not in the right name. My husband's name is ****** **** not ****** **** which is the name on the bill. They are threatining to turn over to collection agency. I am tired of being harassed over something I paid for back in January of this year. My husband died on January 27 2022. The bill is in his nameBusiness response

My customer number for ********************** is ***********. Ordered April 17,22 Item number 54OUR8.Order a Men's Denim Shirt. Photo of the shirt in the mailing I received showed the shirt and it appears to be a short sleeve model. When it arrived, it is a long sleeve. I contacted PCH by CHAT and the person said it is long sleeve and the photo shows the sleeves rolled up which makes it appear as short sleeve. I told the person I would have never ordered the shirt had I known it was long sleeve. I cannot wear long sleeve shirts due to skin condition. His only answer was could he answer any more questions., He did not tell me to send it back he just kept asking if any more questions. When I questioned the reason, he did not offer to have me send it back, he decided to say I can. but I have to pay the postage. I feel if PCH modifies a photo to make something appear different than it is, they should make sure they tell you. I do not remember seeing anything about shirt being long sleeve and the piece of paper you attach to the order did not state it was long sleeve.Business response
