We purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra in January 2024. The vehicle was brought in because transmission fluid is leaking. They told me they checked it and all looked ok. After having a reputable mechanic look at it I found out they didnt do anything about it. They wiped the area and said it looked ok. I have tried several times contacting them for a service appointment to no avail. I call and get an answering machine, leave a message and dont receive a call back. It isnt very professional on their behalf . Id like an appointment for them to look at it and fix why we brought it in the first place. Please assist me with this issue.Initial Complaint

my santa fe needed a turbo inner cooler i called company told them what i needed and they lead me to believe that part was under warranty but they still had to run diagnostic test which i would be refunded the cost . of course after the test i was THEN told part wasnt covered and i was screwed out of over $180!! Why didnt they check first to see if part would be covered instead of leading me on to believe it was under the warranty. Also person **** was very unhelpful and rudeCustomer response

On November 4, 2023, I visited Prestige Hyundai located at ************************************************************ and expressed interest in purchasing a car. I was attended to by ***********************, who assisted me in the process. I was encouraged by his professionalism and decided to place a $500 deposit on a vehicle, with the understanding, that this deposit was fully refundable in case I changed my mind about the purchase. Less than a week later, circumstances changed, and I found an alternative vehicle. I promptly contacted *********************** to request the refund of my deposit, as per the terms he had assured me. Initially, he assured me that he would initiate the refund process. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts to follow up via calls, text messages, and emails, I have encountered a severe lack of responsiveness from ****. When I finally managed to speak with him, he attributed the delay in the refund to being sick and paperwork complications. This explanation does not excuse the lack of communication or the failure to fulfill the commitment made to me regarding the refund. Regrettably, as of today's date, I have yet to receive my refund, and attempts to reach out to *********************** have been fruitless. This level of customer service is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Furthermore, upon conducting some research, I discovered similar instances where other customers had to take extreme measures to obtain their refunds from Prestige Hyundai, indicating a pattern of poor customer service and refund delays. I am formally requesting an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect a full refund of my $500 deposit without further delay. I would appreciate a response and confirmation of the refund initiation at your earliest convenience. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and ensure that corrective actions are taken promptly to rectify the situation.
