Please review my complaint. A very unprofessional practice to say the very least. Reputations, reviews, etc always speak for themselves.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease from a doctor here, they charged me for genetic testing and did not send me home from my first appointment with any information, I had to tell them 2 months after going that I still had not seen a doctor, only nurses. I had severe inflammation and could not excrete due to bleeding. I was in so much pain and had just had a blood transfusion from filling toilet with blood 2x and it was only when I asked for a proper exam, or sigmoidoscopy that would help them to help me. The doctor began to lie right to my face and clearly did not seem interested in checking me properly. They DID schedule me for the procedure because I was not in the wrong for asking. But then they had me come in a week prior for COVID test (07/2021) They did not do test correctly, I think most of us know how it feels by now, but they told me two days later I tested positive and "i had to stay home for 2 weeks and I can expect a call from NYS" I went and got COVID tested that same day at ****** ****** ***** as I suspected something was not right, I was not sick nor had contact with anyone sick. That test came back with negative results. SO in one week I was tested positive for COVID and tested negative and was not sick but at this point, I confronted the office supervisor about this and they were not helpful at all. This office is not honest with people and they made me feel very unsafe. I never went back and I think they should be closed and all those doctors have their license taken away.
