We have investigated the complaint and complainant's information provided. Based on what was provided, we have not been able to locate the telephone number in our system or database. We ask that the complainant reach out directly to our Sales Director at 716-995-0904.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They are attempting to get me to contact them. While they continue to contact me through spoofed numbers and use the call and hang up tactics. I have all the voice mail saved. They know that I don't have any debt obligation that they are attempting to recover, but I am related to someone who does.

This business keeps calling in regards to my ex husband account. I told them to stop calling me and they insists on harassing me. They told me they have every right to call me because I’m listed as a reference. I asked again to stop calling me and the crazy man insists on talking over me. I never gave this company permission to use me as a reference. I haven’t spoken to my ex in over 12 years. Very bad business I must say. I want an apology or I be compensated for harassment.Business response

We have reached out to the complainant as they are a family member (reference) of the person we are trying to get hold of. On 7/10/23 the complainant mentioned that she or the kids will get the message to the person. We have not had any other correspondence with the complainant. We have reached out two times since then to follow up with her based on that previous conversation.
We will cease any further communication with the complainant.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. See attached I was contacted more than once with the numbers with the 716 area codes. They also left message as well so they are not being truthful. I will get my attorney involved….
