I took my vehicle to this company for an engine light. Upon receiving the vehicle the following day not even 60 seconds into driving the vehicle check engine comes back on. Brought the vehicle back and mechanics tells me that the entire computer is shot. Took my vehicle to another mechanic and was able to resolve the problem within minutes and light never came back on. I would like to receive my money back and hopefully for this people to be stopped with what they are doing. I can guarantee that there’s people are predators that preys on people the moment they have the chance. I sure hope you guys can help me out. Thank you. The also broke a cover on my engine and also tried lying about it arriving on there like that. I have proof for everything. Thank you. I was charge 460$ But the job only cost me 100$ from a different mechanic. I kept all receipts and proofBusiness response

We have been in business for 30 years and never would want to mislead our customers or our loyalty. We understand Mr. ******* frustration, no one likes check engine lights. We have offered his money back in full upon return of our part we installed. He told us on 4/18/2022 he would rather bad mouth us. We were ready for full refund of all money he paid out. He came back with no part so we are confused what happend to the part if it didn't fix the problem. Our mechanic noted on his bill that cover was broken upon arrival. We have his old part so if he can supply our part we will exchange and refund his credit card.
