Dear Sirs, We were given a quotation on 23 May 2022 and signed a contract on 25 May 2022 with Beautiful Homes of WNY LLC for purchase and installation of a new roof. They started work on June 13th and on June 17th we paid a total of $23,213.00 after the supposed completion of the job. It was agreed we would inspect the work and anything that needed to be rectified would be done immediately. The flat roof over the porch has puddles and it leaks from between the roof and the gutters. On the Yankee gutter there is missing aluminum sheathing. Near the flat roof there is broken channel siding and a downspout issue. A new bathroom vent was supposed to be installed but wasn't. On the rear dormer the vinyl finish trim wasn't replaced correctly. The aluminum trim on the flat roof is bent. The ridge shingles aren't straight. Gutters are clogged. Multiple areas of my lawn are burned out form where your gasoline fueled equipment was placed. On June 27th I spoke with a woman representative of Beautiful Homes of WNY LL on the telephone and requested the owner’s email address so I could forward information on the problems and pictures on the roof job. On June 28th I sent a email to the company owner Alan Campisano (*********.****@*****.com) with a list of the problems along with corresponding photos. When I didn’t hear back, I resent the email on June 30th. I sent another email today. I still haven’t heard anything so I’m contacting you for any assistance. We were assured that we would be satisfied with the job and that was guaranteed. As of yet the company has not made any attempt to resolve the issues. We want the problems fixed and restitution for the things that can’t be fixed. Sincerely, **** *****
