I would give a zero stars if I could but this is the most disreputable dishonorable company in existence and I will never shop there again. I purchased a salt generator which failed and they refuse to honor the warranty. I filed a claim through their alleged online process over 2 months ago but it appear to be fake. There is no customer service nor warranty department. The help email address is also a fake as no one exists to respond. No one know anything about any warranty process and their goal is to presumably ignore you and hope you go away. I send so many emails to the company asking for a status or to talk to someone but they have all gone unanswered. Whats more there is no manufacturer information such as phone number or website on the instruction manual or box. This company is a total sham and a scam and I will be exploring my legal options.Review from John N

Two associates helped me. Their names are ******* and *****. ***** helped me as soon as I entered the store and stayed with me until checkout answering all my questions. Trenyce was a doll as she checked me out. She let me know how much I saved and how much each item cost, all with a smile on her face. Great job, great experience and a store I will visit often because of them two.Review from Al L

STAY AWAY!! ****** in the ******* store was rude and I still havent heard back from them in regards to my salt water filter that was NOT installed correctly, the cell was NOT supposed to be glued because you need to clean it. Its now the end of the season and know one has gotten back to me , please dont take your chances on this establishment. I will be contacting a lawyer for refundReview from Carmen O

Great store! Organized and clean, staff is always helpful. I am first time pool owner so going there for water testing was easy and they taught me a lot! Ting ting was friendly during check out.Review from Kim V

Kelroy was very pleasant and helpful. The store had everything as advertised. They checked my pool water quickly and didnt oversell any supplies. It is a great place to shop.Review from Abdool A
