Here is the email i sent the owner of Mintz insurance that sums up what my situation is and how my broker is taking my money and not paying my policy for me which ended up being cancelled.My name is *************************** and I have Integon National insurance with you. I came in and paid you cash 396 on May 29th for May 29th payment in which you handed me a receipt and signed with your signature. 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail stating it was not paid and my insurance policy will be terminated on 6/21 in which it was. I called multiple times and spoke with the woman who sits to the left when you walk in as she would not give me her name. She swore left and right it was paid and I didnt have to worry. On June 29th i come down to make my next payment but i never received an invoice from Integon or you and she took my money anyway. I called Integon after and was told it was not paid and if its not paid by July 15 I will have a lapse and my insurance will officially be cancelled. I had enough trouble as it was to get car insurance and i dont need to be played around with. I did write letters to NYS financial center and I will be going to News 12 along with law enforcement if this is not figured out. My father owns the biggest town company in *** we deal with insurance companies everyday. I was being told when i called that Integon is backed up? So that means everyone who has Integon is getting cancelled? I had to pay on here just to get in touch with you because its impossible to during the week. Why am i paying you if my insurance is not getting paid? The woman who works for you refuses to show me any proof it was paid or have an insurance rep with me on the phone. Please reach out to me ASAP. I have my receipts, a letter from Integon stating it was cancelled due to nonpayment, along with whatever else you would need.Best,*************************** ************************* **************Business response

Please note that we notified *************** that the payment preocessing was very slow at Integon Insurance.. We have had dozens of clients experiencing the same issue. His poliy was reinstated effective 6/21/24 issued 7/3/24 .
All premiums were remitted and the company will issue any refund that is due. Please advise if you don't have attachemnt.
