I was contacted by someone immediately after looking into a business loan, I gave him most of my information over the phone which is weird. But whatever. The next day i gave 4 months worth of statements, and was assured that i would be contacted. I havent heard anything back since Friday, and I have contacted them multiple times trying to get an update, nothing. Totally forgot about me and moved on and left me hanging.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I looked too hard into the bad reviews and didn't give it any thought, ****** and **** are both very helpful. They both reassured me and I am very happy with their service. Thank you Big Think Capital!
Sincerely,

Starting on 2018-11-22, Big Think Capital began sending email to my <******************> email address, claiming that I took out a loan with them. From inspecting the content of their email messages, it is clear that Big Think Capital has an incorrect email address (that is, mine) for a legitimate customer who did actually take out a loan. They have emailed me 33 times since 2018-11-22, as recently as yesterday, attempting to convince me to take out additional loans. All attempts to explain their mistake to Big Think Capital have failed. Multiple times, I have clicked the unsubscribe link on the emails and requested removal, but yet the messages keep coming. Four times I have replied to the person who sent the email message, explaining Big Think Capitals error and requesting to be removed (see the attached screenshot), but Big Think Capital has not responded to any of my requests. Instead, after some period of time, I simply receive yet another sales pitch email, from a different salesperson at Big Think Capital. No legitimate companyespecially not one that touts their A+ BBB rating on their web siteshould conduct business this way.Business response
