  We had KMC CAZA Construction do a project of a sunroom, bathroom siding house and garage and deck all new construction. They were pd per contract on time. They stopped coming in summer 2020. After not hearing from them we got a hold of them in spring 2021 Kevin said he would be there soon after months of calling and hearing same thing, I saw him personally and told him we have not been able to use our new shower could he come finish (over a year later) he came and repaired grout in shower but never finished rest of project such as electrical at my deck and garage that was there once. Breaker that kept breaking never put my window in garage just sided over it. Never finished painting deck stairs and other work. Now after 2 years later he sent me a bill for the final $3000.00 out of $41,000.00. Also in this items such as hard wood flooring and lighting that we bought that were included in the contract that should have been taken off bill at the end. We have had them do work before this and had no problem thats why why we we told others about them not anymore.

  I did everything that was in the contract in which he still owes $3000 and appx $7000 for the extras.  However, I was only asking for the consumer to pay the $3000 owed.  If he does not pay the balance, we will start court proceedings.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

  We have no problem paying the $3,000 that is still owed to the business, however, I would appreciate the company to complete the job.  Now, he is sending me a bill for $10,000 in which I do not owe.  All I want is for them to finish and I will be happy to pay the remaining $3,000. The work that is left is probably a day's work.  We have been waiting for over a year for the job to be completed.  I will even leave so that you would not have to see me, if that is what Kevin wants.  I do not have any problems with the workmanship of the business, however, I do want the job finished.

  Bus called stating that the consumer is a crook and everyone that has dealt with him knows this.  Unless he pays me the $3,000, the answer in no.  I already contacted my attorney to start the process of taking the consumer to court.
