Much like several other public complaints on BBB, I have a kitchen faucet hose that developed a pinhole leak. ***** to contact customer service email and phone received bounceback/phone line no longer in service. Limited lifetime warranty would cover this replacement part. Theres no notice or information on this business closing.Customer response

I purchased a ***** Pre-rinse faucet, which has developed a constant drip. Giagni's warranty states that their product is guaranteed against drips and leaks. I have called their customer service multiple times #**************. I have never successfully completed a call -- no one has ever answered the phone. I have emailed the company twice. I received a response to the first email saying my email was blocked. I received no response to my second email. The warranty is useless if there is no way to contact the company.Customer response

I have a defective sprayer nozzle on a Kitchen Faucet. Based on the information found on their website, this is covered under lifetime warranty. I following the contact information on their website to connect with someone. Their phone number is not in service. The email on their website bounces back. The only other option is to write to them, but in this day and age, I will only be wasting postage. Hopefully, the company can honour its warranty and offer a replacement nozzle.Customer response

I purchased a Giagni Kitchen Faucet from ****** on 3/25/2018. The product has a lifetime warranty. In 2021, the faucet started leaking and I tried contacting the company multiple times by email and phone - and recently written letter. I have received no responses to any of my inquiries regarding the replacement of the faucet. The amount paid was $247.23 including tax. I have a copy of my receipt from ****** and a copy of the product information from the company that was included in the box that the faucet came in. The product was new.Customer response

Bought a Giagni kitchen faucet at Lowes in 2014 and weve been having problems with the sprayer part of it for the last 2 to 3 years. During that time, Ive emailed, called, and written them on numerous occasions but have never received any response. One reason we bought the faucet was that Giagni has a LIFETIME WARRANTY. As with other complaints filed for Giagni, my lifetime warranted kitchen faucet is leaking and no E-Mail response from the company is forthcoming and no one answers the business phone other than a recording. I cannot find a local supplier when searching their website by zip code and the brand search online shows no result. I think were all out of luckCustomer response

Purchase giagni trattoria kc33 01/10/2020 lowes for residential use. Flood under sink. Water leaking from cold water line up inside faucet. Cannot get where leak is, as it is incased inside metal. Sent 4 emails with photos including receipt and manual. No response. Get recording when call during business hours, saying closed call business hours. Lowes can't help.Customer response

Bought a faucet and sink combo when remodeling kitchen. It's 3 years old and sprayer has gone haywire. I've called and called and called only to get a recording that says to call back during business hours...I AM CALLING DURING BUSINESS HOURS!!! This is a horrible way to do business!! We spent a lot of money on this product and now I have no idea what to do. So disappointed in this company!!Customer response

I purchased a Giagni kitchen faucet (************) at Lowes in December 2015 with a Lifetime Warranty. In 2020 they were very helpful to replace a defective spray nozzle. My faucet recently developed an internal leak where the hoses go up into the body of the unit. Last month I called the company twice during regular business hours and receive the same unavailable voice mail. I then sent them an email describing the problem with photographs with no response and most recently I filled out an on-line form on the company's web. I've yet to receive any response. I'm wondering if there is anyone remaining in their customer service department or if they are in business following the pandemic. My unit needs to be replaced.Initial Complaint

Our kitchen faucet is the ****** Pulldown kitchen faucet by Giagni, the head is stuck on spray only, it will not go back to flow mode. I contact Giagni over the phone and they sent out a replacement BUT for a different faucet style and color. I reached back out again and was told a replacement would be sent.......then nothing.I have left voicemails, sent emails, and used their online contact us form....no reply since July 9 2021!
