Jan 12 2023 - I emailed ***************************** regarding maintenance of condo HVAC units Jan 13 2023 - ************************************ replied to the email outlining pricing for maintenance fee for 3 units and troubleshooting for one of those units Jan 17 2023 - I submitted the completed credit card authorization form as payment is due before the service date (not a good business practice to be honest)Jan 24 2023 - service people came to the apartment and did a substandard job: 1) troubleshooting of one unit was just the service person looking at it and concluding it was a faulty transformer that needed to be replaced. The service person did no work that would have verified this claim (the actual fault was that a wire needed to be pushed away from another part as it was tripping a sensor - no parts needed replacement at all). Secondly, the service people did not do the full maintenance required for the units - in fact they just vacuumed 2 of the 3 units and sprayed a can at them. ***************************** confirmed in a later email that the maintenance should have been much more extensive.Mar 1 2023 - I sent ***************************** an email outlining my concerns with the poor service provided and asked for a full refund.Mar 15 2023 - Figlia offered a partial refund - this has not been received.I have attached the credit card authorization form and the full email transcript.The service provided was totally substandard and I still would like a full refund.
