Worst experienced ever. Placed an order for my sons travel soccer team August 14th, 2024 ($300 plus). It is now October ******* and the soccer uniform is incomplete. He doesnt Have his away or home jerseys. So to be in uniform with his team the coach had to go to a small business company in the area to have them make us shirts which they did within a week. **************** is no help either. We will update you next week and next week and next week . Last game of soccer is beginning of November. What a disgrace of a place. They just need to give me what the team and I paid for. Why would you take orders you cant fulfill. Additionally they stated orders take up to 5 weeks. Haha what a laugh. Im now approaching week 10. Dont be fooled, go on there ******** posts and you will see many customers complain about order late or not received under the photos posted.Review from Lou L

Zero stars if I could. Placed our youth club order back on July 2. Received only our tops on Sept 9, after playing a few games already. CEO sent out an email on Sep 28 apologizing and letting us know things will be shipped out by Oct 11 but of course no tracking number, no shipment. Sent out message from my account on the website on Oct 14 but no response. Sent an email today Oct 23. Still waiting on shorts, socks, and extras (sweatshirt and jacket). Our Fall season is wrapping up, so maybe our stuff will come in time by Spring. Would have been nice to have the sweatshirt and jacket for the cold Fall weather we've been having. I've seen a competitor (prev supplier) that has our club fan gear still listed so I may purchase other things through them and not Capelli. Only things I will purchase from Capelli from now on are mandatory items. Really wished our club stuck with the prev supplier. If you are a club and thinking of using them for your kits, don't!!! Terrible, awful liars and scammers. They use every trick in the book to delay, deflect, deny. Dont believe a word they say. To get me off their case, they told me my item had shipped and sent me a tracking number. Well, guess what? They only created a label that sat there all by its lonesome for a full month. The item finally arrived, after multiple emails with customer service, 4 1/2 months after I ordered it. A month before that, I had told them, Forget it, I dont want it anymore; give me a refund! They said, Sorry, we cant. Our agreement with your club doesnt allow partial orders. That one made me laugh. Apparently, agreements with my club, or with me, the customer, dont matter when it comes to that 4-5 week delivery they promised. Rules for thee, but not for me. Were more than halfway through the soccer season, and no one can wear their overly expensive uniforms because half the team still has no jersey. Theyre ruining seasons for countless kids and clubs while posting happy, smiling soccer players all over social media (all posts with comments disabled or heavily moderated!) I could say much more, but hopefully you get the gist. Avoid at all costs!Review from George A

***************. Steal customer money and don't deliver products that have been paid for. With over $600 already paid to Capelli I am still waiting over 3 months for delivery of my players kit. Is it me or is that fraud? Seems like fraud to me. Especially, when they said 4 to 5 week delivery. They don't communicate unless you email them (the only way to get in touch). They send canned auto generated responses that are not even in context to questions. They continuously provided updated shipping dates and never ship. They never tell you they didn't ship unless you email them after their missed dates. At this point, I've no other recourse other than to call them the THIEVES they are.Review from Anne F

I ordered my daughters soccer kits in May. It is now October and we still are missing parts of the order. I have been emailing the company weekly to find out what the status of the order is and if there is an expected time frame to receive it. Not only have I been told that it is coming in a dismissive fashion, but they then promptly close out my ticket stating that my issue has been resolved, which is absurd since nothing has been resolved. We were also told by our soccer club that Capelli was honoring their shipping guarantee and that we were all going to be receiving a partial refund. Not surprising we have had zero follow up about that or the kits that have either been wrong or missing. This company and their lack of customer service is horrific.I would advise everyone to have nothing to do with them. It is impossible to get any sort of help if you have issues or are missing items. We have one month left in our fall season and our entire team is cobbled together in random kits. This company is an absolute disgrace and should be reported to the public immediately!Review from Kim M

Still waiting for order fulfillment after two months of wait time. Have contacted the seller multiple times (email only, no phone number) and have gotten three promises of production by a certain date and still nothing. The company is not responsive to issues and basically just lies when they finally do respond to you providing only canned responses. If I was a club looking to work from them, I would run far away as your teams will never get their uniforms in time for season.Review from Laura P

Where to begin? I ordered my son's mandatory 2 jerseys on June 1st, which was the first day orders could be submitted. I received a random credit card charge 3 weeks later, which was surprising as I paid in full when I ordered. I have to email them and ask what this was for. "Oh sorry. We didn't charge you the correct sales tax". They didn't contact me beforehand. Clearly a sign of the fun to come....After not receiving my order after 2 months (as the shipping window provided was 4-5 weeks), I contacted them. The response was "As you may be aware of the issues in **********....". No, I wasn't aware and I wasn't aware of where their manufacturing is located. If they knew of the issues, why not be PROACTIVE and send out an email letting all of the individuals with open orders know and apologize for any inconvenience? Clearly that would be too much work for ******* is now October 1st, 4 MONTHS after I placed my order and I have 1 of 2 jerseys. I've emailed on several occasions and I am tired of chasing THEM! At this rate, my son may or may not ever get to wear the jersey. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Based on some of the other reviews I have read, it's not an isolated incident. Oh, and did I mention that their customer service only communicates through email? So I can't speak to someone about how frustrated and unhappy I am about this, when this should be a fun experience for my YOUNG ******** my recommendation would be for parents to look into who the vendor is for their local soccer team/club and run if it is Capelli!Review from Brady A

0 STARS - STAY AWAY FROM CAPELLI!!! Similar to other reviews here, Capelli Sport is terrible with no customer service phone number, exceptionally slow and canned email responses and no effort to help customers. I had to email their CEO directly to get a response and that didn't change anything. YOUR PLAYER WILL SUFFER IF YOU CHOOSE CAPELLI. Here's their business model: 1. Get the coaches and clubs on board 2. Charge a lot of $$ for an average product 3. Give zero customer care or service. No explanations for delay, no refunds or discounts, NO *'S GIVEN. Before choosing a kit partner, please please talk to your club director and have them look at these reviews and ratings on BBB. You'll consistently be disappointed if you choose Capelli.Review from Anthony V

Ordered our 11-year-old son's kit for club soccer on June 21st and still have not received any items. Like all of these reviews I cannot connect with anyone by phone, and they are not very responsive to emails. This is truly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
