      I ordered my sofa cover July 6, 2023 and have yet to receive it. When I emailed them requesting a refund or my order (because I want either or), I received an email back stating my email wasnt deliverable because the domain does not exist. The domain is directly attached to their website as the only form of communication for me to contact them. I want a refund but will *** them if those are the next necessary steps.

      I purchased a sofa cover online from this company on 10-23-22 for $105.25. There was no receipt or confirmation emailed to me; the attached document was what I copied from the popup after I made the purchase. My credit card was charged for this amount on 10-23-22 with the identifier "PAYPAL *SOFACOVER ********** CAN". I did not receive the sofa cover in a timely manner so I requested a refund through Pay Pal. I received the sofa cover on 11-12-22 but did not like the thin material, so started to try and return it for a refund. Over the course of the Pay Pal process they said I could return it to an address in ******, which would cost me $70 in postage. Since I received the cover I have sent ********************************************************************************************************************* to return the sofa cover postage paid, so I can get a full refund. I have received no replies to any emails. Their lack of customer service makes me hesitant to spend another $70 on postage to send it back, since I have very little faith they will actually refund the order, leaving me having spent $175 and getting nothing in return. I would like to find a way to return the cover without paying international postage and get a full refund of my $105.25. Thank you.

      I purchased a waterproof sofa cover, thinking the company was in *******. But the package took 2 months and came from *****. The cover is not waterproof and is see through. The company has a 30 day from receipt of package to return. I tried emailing and calling the number but neither of them work. This company is a scam.

      I placed an order on may 23, 2021 order #*****. I received a email with a tracking number **********************. The tracking number never showed any movement. I emailed them several time and I can provide the emails. I received 2 emails back in the timeframe since last May. One on February 1 2022 ans March 15 2022. The email from January stated it had been reshipped. I reached out again after receiving no tracking information. They finally responded in March 15 stating they have never received any other emails from me and that I have to show proof that it was never delivered when the tracking is proof that it was never actually shipped. I would like my item to be sent. There is no phone number provided so I have emailed all of my emails to the email provided on their website. And I have gotten nowhere with the issue

      On 6 November I purchased two slip covers and was charged $92.16 that came out of my bank account on 8 November. I still have yet to receive the products and, despite contacting them three times through their website (using the contact us page), no one has reached out to me to resolve the issue. I have tried to send an email directly to them through the email ***************************** as stated on their website and it states delivery failure due to a nonexistent domain name.

      Original transaction: 11/11/2021-ordered item then received banking information that funds were going to a bank outside the 50 ** states. IMMEDIATELY emailed the company (only given email address-no phone number) to cancel the order. Received back confirmation of the order after notified that ****** had processed the order and sent through funds (a matter of hours). Never received email reply for 4 days and was then told order could not be canceled as it was "in shipping". Did received shipping track number and to this date (11/23/2021) the item has not been received at the ******* post office. So that means an item stated "in stock" and ready to ship within **** business days was inaccurate and misleading. Covid is NOT an excuse for delayed in stock items. ****** should be ashamed for not informing customer of foreign bank information along with website. Emails have been sent to the web customer service on a daily basis and I receive the same information as their reply. I believe this is a scam website along with a foreign banking system. ****** should also be listed in the complaint for not informing customer funds were going "out the 50 ** states).
