I initially contacted Skip Hop on 8/2/2022 regarding a defective product. I was informed that a gift card was going to be sent to me electronically within ***** hours so i can purchase a replacement on their website. Multiples emails and phone calls and over a week later, I still have yet to see that gift card. Instead of a gift card, i would be happy to receive the exact same product shipped to me as soon as possible.
