This is a baby equipment rental company based in **. My wife and I placed an order for items to be delivered to ********, ** on 3/23/24. We were charged $163.66. The order # is ********** in the name of *****************************. On the evening of 3/22, the company cancelled the order due to shipping delays. We have requested a refund of the $163.66 on numerous occasions, including via text on 3/23 and via email contact form on 4/19 and 4/28. We have yet to receive a refund or any information about the issue.Business response

Customer sent email indicating refund never received. We followed up and verified that the customers cvv or exp was either invalid or incorrect. Stripe our cc processor needs the exact info to process a refund. We initiated a refund via an alternative method (venmo) and the customer received the refund.Customer response
