If I could give 0 stars, I would!We are on the verge of litigation with this dishonest business.I have around 75 -80 emails over 4 months with Futonland. I will share the whole experience after they have had their 7 days to do the right thing and deliver on their promise to replace the defective recliner piece or refund and pick up the recliner sectional that worked for an astonishing 6 DAYS.4 months later, their lies are going to bite them.Everything that they promised us IN WRITING, so there is no disputing it.STAY AWAY from this business!

I selected and purchased the 6000 Mattress Linen Stone (Full Size) by Kodiak. I was shipped and received a mattress of a completely different color that was completely incompatible with the color coordination within the room the futon was to be placed. The dramatically wrong color was totally concealed within a plastic cylinder. It quickly expanded into the size of the mattress I purchased. I immediately contacted Futonland with photos of the dramatically wrong and unacceptable color of grey. I was informed that it was in fact the correct color and that the mattress color “Linen Stone” would indicate the mattress would be grey like stone. The 6000 Mattress Linen Stone is actually a warm rust brown as clearly depicted repeatedly online. I want the correct color mattress or a total refund. There is no acceptable compromise. Individuals at Futonland have stated they have no authority to comply with my requests. To cover the mattress with a “Fitted Cover” would unacceptably compromise the attractiveness of the Futon. It is actually an attractive sofa that converts into a bed when needed. I have photos if needed and they were provided to Futonland also. Respectfully, ** *****Review from Ron S

Stay away from Futonland! Their customer service and management are horrendous and unsupportive. They are charging a restocking fee after never shipping the product. They were not able to provide a COI that I requested (and was required by my building) and therefore we had to postpone the ship date. If only they would have provided the restocking fee in store credit they would have retained a customer and built a brand advocate. If I could give negative stars, I would. I suggest you buy directly from the brands they carry to avoid this horrible company.
