Date of transaction: August 23 2023, 9pm I paid $300 when the marketed price was $200 (which was already on the high side for the service received). I think it was unfair especially because the price was changed after the completion of the service so up until then, I was unaware that they would charge me that much. I confirmed the price with the owner as $200 several times up until my hair was finished and that was when she told me I had to pay $300.Initial Complaint

I made an same day braiding appointment, but had to cancel due to work obligations, when I called and asked for my refund she said hold on and hung up, when I called back and told her that I wasnt from here(**) and that I wouldnt be able to come back she said she doesnt give refunds, however I tried to explain that Im not from here and her website doesnt have a refund policy nor did she say anything about a policy when I booked, so Im wanting my money backCustomer response
